Miami’s vegan Cuban cuisine scene is exploding with flavor and creativity. Plant-based chefs are reimagining traditional Cuban dishes with fresh, local ingredients, resulting in delicious and satisfying meals that everyone can enjoy. Some of the must-try dishes include jackfruit ropa vieja, a meaty and flavorful dish made with jackfruit instead of beef; black bean croquetas, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside; and pastelitos de guayaba, sweet and flaky pastries filled with guava paste.
