A vegan Japanese restaurant that opened in 2008 can be found in the middle of downtown on the third floor of the Little Tokyo Shopping Center, which has parking. There are salads, ramen, dishes with seitan, and other dishes on the menu, as well as a wide range of cool drinks and vegetable sushi rolls. Everything is 100% organic, healthy, and tasty: the spicy and crunchy plate, the Saturday night fever roll, and the mushroom miso. The staff is amiable and helpful, treating you like a king or queen. So even though it's a bit pricey, it's worth it.
