Vegan
Since November 2015, there has been a vegan ramen shop in the Grand Central Market in Los Angeles. On the short fusion menu, there are several noodle dishes, some of which come with vegan eggs and some of which come with other things. Sit at the counter or one of the tables in the market. This ramen shop in the Grand Central Market looks like it came out of Blade Runner. This restaurant is run by a winner of the T.V. show Top Chef. They serve ramen with sunflower seeds and miso. The results are awe-inspiring. Things on the menu are safe for people who can't eat gluten. Everything is vegan, and everything tastes great.
