As for drinks, you can choose from coffee, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices made on the spot. A café is a place for people to meet, and while you're there, you're encouraged to eat mindfully, take deep breaths, and feed your spirit. All of their ingredients are fresh and do not come from animals. This is to encourage people to live in a kind, healthy, and thoughtful way. When we pay attention to what we eat, we not only help our bodies heal, but we also help the earth heal. They've made deals with ethical bakeries and local suppliers to get seasonal foods and products when they become available. Everything on their menu is made with fresh, organic ingredients every day.
