Oak Tree Bistro, a vegan restaurant, is owned and operated by the HBCU. In Huntsville, only Oakwood Farms produces its own market with farm-fresh goods. Additionally, they were the first market to include a vegetarian restaurant. They offer a wide variety of daily dishes, including their well-known pizzas, plant-based burgers, soups, paninis, vegan substitutes, grab-and-go items, delectable smoothies, and sumptuous sea moss drinks. It also offers the choice of outdoor dining and delivery through DoorDash and GrubHub.
