There is a food cart called NY Dosas in New York City's Washington Square Park. Dosas are a type of crepe that comes from Sri Lanka. Rice and lentils are layered to make them. These are sold at NY Dosas. Most of the time, dosas are served with coconut chutney and sambar. The dish also usually has a few other vegetarian options. According to a list made by New York Magazine, NY Dosas is the sixteenth-best food cart in the city.
