The vegetarian restaurant, Monster Kitchen & Bar, creates its sharing plates using regional, seasonally appropriate ingredients and flavours with Middle Eastern and Japanese influences. The lounge is one of several "nested" spaces designed to explore the distinctive beauty of the Australian landscape. The restaurant at the Ovolo Nishi hotel offers a seasonally-changing menu. The dinner menu contains about half vegan options. With the exception of the matched wines, the set menu can be made vegan and has one breakfast choice that is vegan.
