Vegan burger establishment Honeybee Burger, opening in 2019. Famous for its "impossible" and "beyond" burgers, as well as its sweet potato fries and tots, milkshakes, and soft-serve ice cream. There are a lot of different kinds of vegan "fast food" here. All their burgers can be made with Beyond or Impossible patties, and their mac & cheese, made with potato and cheesy carrot sauce, is unique and delicious. Unfortunately, the Silver Lake location has closed, but there is good news: a new location has opened in LA Brea.
