The cuisine at HanGawi, which is entirely plant-based, is predicated on mountain roots, greens, and grains, which were the primary foods consumed by ancient Koreans. Bean curd served with kimchi and veggies, vegetarian dumplings, tofu cooked in a clay pot with ginger sauce, vermicelli delight, multigrain rice, and more is all on the menu. The atmosphere is tranquil and solace thanks to the abundance of antiques and artifacts, traditional teas, folk, zen, and folk music, respectively, throughout the space.
