The Gauthier Soho cuisine represents Chef Alexis Gauthier's creative vision, which was to contribute to the development of a new plant-based cuisine future. Every season they introduce a new cuisine. In addition, they serve an eight-course "Grand Dinner" tasting menu from Tuesday- Saturday from 7.30 p.m. onwards.
