Dicki's, a charming plant-based eatery in Ascot's Racecourse Road, is a sister establishment to the first vegan eatery in New Farm. Dicki's Cafe, which encourages diners to eat vegetarian food by being ambiguous about its vegan menu, will satisfy even ardent meat eaters. The All Day menu includes the Breakfast Burrito, Spiced "Mince" on Turkish Bread, Dicki's Classic Burger with shoestring fries, Sticky "Duck" toasties with slaw, and Sticky "Duck" toasties with slaw and chilli jam. The menu at Dicki's is suitable for children and includes items like avocado on toast, "cheese" toasties, and tiny pancakes with vanilla bean ice cream and hazelnut sauce.
