Dapur is a vegan restaurant serving traditional Indonesian cuisine. They have been serving traditional Indonesian cuisine since 2011, and in 2018, after they went vegan, they modified the menu to be all plant-based. According to the Dapur restaurant, a plant-based diet involves making all of the meals and dishes from scratch using exclusively plant-based ingredients: no fish, no meat, and no dairy. They serve several meals that are traditional to Indonesian cuisine. They offer starters, Krupuk & Sambal, Nasi Goreng, sides, dessert, and a lot more.
